If you have some beach volleyball experience and want to take your game to the next level join our 7-week beach doubles SuperHero training program. Improve your game, play smarter, and win more games by training consistently every week with a small group of similarly skilled players.

This program is focused on developing you into a winning 2v2 beach volleyball player and will cover: 

  • Beach volleyball footwork to move fast and effectively,

  • Ball control for consistent serve receives, passes, and sets,

  • Defensive techniques for blockers and back line defenders,

  • Shot selection, approach footwork, arm swing mechanics,

  • Court vision and decision making on both sides of the ball.


    Service mechanics and strategies.

To facilitate an appropriate level of training it is crucial that all players possess the minimum skill level described here. If you are not sure if you meet the minimum level of play attend our intermediate clinic and ask a coach to assess you. Players who do not meet the minimum skill level and chose *not* to attend a clinic for evaluation will be removed from the group. Remaining sessions will be converted to drop-in clinic tickets and refunds will not be given.

  • This programs runs for 7 consecutive Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:30 PM and Sundays from 9:30-11 AM.

  • The first 6 weeks are training, the 7th week is a mini tournament with your group.

  • You can sign up for one OR both days. You are guaranteed a spot every week for the day you sign up for.

  • Each court is limited to 8 players. 2 spots are reserved for schedule changes so that if you cannot make the week you signed up for, you will have an opportunity to attend the alternative day (however, if all 8 spots are filled you will not be able to join).

  • Unused sessions can be used for our drop-in clinics within 6 months of the program start date.

  • The full 7-week program is purchased up front for $215.
