Youth Programs

We're proud to empower the next generation of beach volleyball players! When CIF beach season isn't in season, we offer competitive training programs for girls from all high schools. This year, our leadership team was proud to take the helm of the girls and boys programs at Mission Bay High School! Our COO, Michael Walsh, is the Head Girls Varsity Beach Volleyball Coach and Managing Partner, Josh Daguman, is the Head Boys Varsity & Girls JV Beach Volleyball Coach.​

Summer Session 1

Dates/Times: Tuesdays (5/26, 6/2, 6/9, 6/16) from 4:00 - 5:30 P.M. & Saturdays (5/30, 6/6, 6/13, 6/20) from 11:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

 

Summer Session 2

Dates/Times: Tuesdays (7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28) from 4:00 - 5:30 P.M. & Saturdays (7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1) from 11:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

 

Both Sessions Cost: $599 

Single Session Cost: $399

(Both and single session purchases include a Life's A Beach Volleyball Club T-shirt, sweatpants, competition jersey, sports bra, and sweatshirt)

Ages: Girls 14 & Up (Younger players considered on a case by case basis with evaluation)

Format: Practices will typically be 60 minutes of instruction, 30 minutes of gameplay.

 

CBVA Tournaments (Optional)

Ready to represent Life's A Beach Volleyball Club at the next level? If you register on your own and wear your LABC jerseys for any of the following CBVA tournaments, a LABC coach will join you for no extra fee. Upcoming tournament dates include: 

• 6/7 at Coronado Central Beach

• 6/20 at Coronado Central Beach

• 7/19 at Coronado Central Beach

• 8/9 at Coronado Central Beach

• 8/23 at Coronado Central Beach

 

Note: If any girls win and earn a Cal Cup Championships Bid, a LABC coach will coach at 8/9 Cal Cup Championship in Hermosa Beach (college coaches and scouts from top programs will be in attendance).

Michael Walsh - Head Girls Varsity Beach Volleyball Coach at Mission Bay High School, COO of Life's A Beach Volleyball Club, A-rated CBVA player, over 6+ years of coaching experience.

Joshua Daguman - Head Girls JV Beach Volleyball Coach at Mission Bay High School, Managing Partner of Life's A Beach Volleyball Club, over 20+ years of coaching experience.
