Youth Programs
High School Girls Fall Program
Whether you played indoor or another sport this fall, get a head start on beach volleyball training! This 8-session program will incorporate the ecological dynamics framework taught at several NCAA Division 1 beach volleyball programs while improving fundamentals. Join us on Saturdays to have fun and level-up your beach volleyball game!
Dates: Saturdays (10/24, 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19)
Time: 1:00 - 2:30pm
Head Coach: Michael Walsh - Head Coach, Varsity Girls Beach Volleyball at Mission Bay High School and Assistant Coach, Women's Beach Volleyball at Southwestern College
Cost: $200
Ages: 14 and up (younger girls will be considered on a case-by-case basis)

Beach Volleyball National Team 2026/2027
Our tryouts have been completed but we can accommodate a few more girls! If you'd like to still join us for the 2026 or 2027 seasons, please email michael@labcsandiego.com. We will be competing on both the CBVA and AAU tours and practicing on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
